The House of Learning offers a highly individualized learning environment for students with divers learning profiles. Based on the IGCSE Curriculum, with possible integration of the Lehrplan 21 according to the German language level, we consolidate trust, create space and provide orientation for English speaking students.
The House of Learning combines the proven concept of ipso! Haus des Lernens and the Lower Secondary / IGCSE / A-levels concept and expertise of Academia International School.
The House of Learning offers its students:
- Small classes of max. 12 students
- Individual learning in our learning atelier with a low teacher–student ratio
- Co-learning space for individual work
- Psychological support, incl. setting up an individual study plan and analysis of the learning type
- Coaching of the students
- Transition to further education institutions in Switzerland and abroad

Depending on the individual needs, we offer three different profiles:
House of Learning – START
Ideal for students in Years 7 – 10, who perform at grade level, but need occasional support and guidance.
House of Learning – PLUS
Ideal for students in Years 7 – 10, who need intensive support and guidance to perform successfully at school.
House of Learning – MAX
Ideal for students in Years 7 – 10, who need intensive and long-term support and guidance to perform successfully at school.
